This morning I started my day at the airport. Again.
Instead of going with my usual Spinanch and Feta Wrap from Starbucks, which I LOVE, I took a chance on Dunkin.
As a born and raised North Easterner who spent most of her time in New England, Dunkin is family. Having said that, when it comes to actual food and not iced coffee or frosted doughy goodness, I was skeptical.
One Veggie Egg White Flatbread and an Iced Coffee later, I’m satisfied.
The egg white patty is fluffy and tender. The peppers inside are crisp and flavorful.
I added hot sauce to my sandwhich for a little extra flavor.
I’m also pretty sure when I said extra cheese, because I can never have enough cheese, the lady gave me extra egg. Looking at the stock photos their is only one egg patty, but mine had two.
It’s amazing how much of an appetite you can work up by 4:50 a.m. on little sleep, and no morning exercise.
