Five motivators for when you’re laying in bed, debating to go for a run, or not

This morning I was supposed to run 4 miles. I woke up, turned to my left and asked my husband the loaded question, “are we going to the gym this morning.”

We didn’t.

In honor of this morning’s failure, here are five moments of motivation if your laying in bed, sitting on the couch, or at your computer at work, debating that same loaded question.

1. Thinking about going to the gym burns between zero and zero calories.

2. It’s better to run then walk, then to never have run at all.

3. It’s a great day for a running photo post on Instagram.

4. Punch that workout in the face.

5. Just. Go.

Now go kick some butt! You’ll thank yourself after.
